I have been obsessed with my various cameras since I was given my very first one aged 9. After years of practice on my sisters, I went on to study photography at A-level and degree level, and spent endless happy hours playing in the darkroom. When my children were born, I bought my first digital SLR, and developed my portrait skills. Friends then started asking me to take photos of their children and the business was created. I was then asked to be the photographer at a friend's wedding, which was utterly terrifying yet also absolutely amazing! It all went incredibly well, they were delighted with their photos, and I fell completely and utterly in love with wedding photography. For me, a wedding offers such enormous possibilities for great photography - capturing the emotions, the occasion, the details, the people and all the beauty of the day, plus I get to use all my portrait experience to create the very best images of the bride and groom. I still get that same mixture of fear and excitement with every wedding I photograph - they are all different, unique and special, and always such an amazing occasion to be involved with. I really do absolutely love what I do.
I'm always happy to chat, so do feel free to get in touch if you would like to know more, or have any questions about the photography that you require.
