Lord Haldon Hotel wedding: Gemma and Jamie

Huge congratulations to the lovely Gemma and Jamie!  Their wedding yesterday was really rather beautiful, with glorious sunshine, and a personal and relaxed feel throughout the day.  I have really enjoyed getting to know Gemma and Jamie during the lead up to their wedding day and we had great fun in Teignmouth doing their pre-wedding session.  It was a real pleasure to be there throughout their wedding day and to capture this for them.  I loved the girlie preparations at Gemma's parents' house early in the morning and it was lovely to see all the guests relaxing and chatting in the late afternoon sunlight at the hotel.  Here are a quick few preview images - I'm really looking forward to editing the rest of the images very soon!

Hmmm, well, I tried to select a handful of images to show as a preview from Sophie and Tom's Somerset wedding, but I ended up with a shortlist of about fifty...  I have tried my very hardest to reduce this to just a few, but it was a spectacularly beautiful day.  Ah well, I hope that you enjoy looking through these.  The weather was a little bit wet, so it was amazing to discover that Maunsel House now has weather proof sides on its pergola!  The beautiful flowers were by Rachel at The Rose Shed, Bristol.  Birds supplied free with the venue ;).  I look forward to blogging this wedding in full at some point later on...  in the meantime, huge congratulations to Sophie and Tom, here is a little preview of your day:

London Portrait Photography: One Year Old Hudson

I have had the pleasure of photographing Hudson since he was a newborn baby and it has been really incredible to watch him developing over his first year.  I returned to London yesterday to capture him just after his first birthday.  Oh my goodness, he has grown into an absolutely adorable toddler!  Here is just a sneaky peek at his images:

Somerset engagement photography: Sophie and Tom on the Quantock Hills

Sophie and Tom are getting married tomorrow at the wonderful Maunsel House in Somerset.  So I thought it was a very good moment to blog a few of the photos from their pre-wedding shoot recently.  We had such a gorgeous stroll over the Quantock Hills, watching the sun getting lower and marvelling at the incredible cloud formations.  It was really lovely to have a long chat with them both, get to know them better (they're fab!) and hear so much about their wedding plans - I can't wait to photograph their big day tomorrow!
