New Forest wedding: Emily & Mark at Chewton Glen

Congratulations to the lovely Emily and Mark, who married recently in the New Forest.  Mark's Grandfather took their ceremony in Bournemouth, in the church where Emily's parents had married themselves many years before, which was all incredibly personal and really lovely to be a part of.  Everything else took place at the wonderful Chewton Glen Hotel, which was a fabulous location both for getting ready and celebrating afterwards.  It was a particularly special day for me, as I photographed Emily's sister's wedding two years ago, so really lovely to see all the family again and capture another chapter in their family history.  Here is just a tiny preview of their beautiful day...

Salcombe wedding photography: Tasha & Neil at Salcombe Harbour Hotel

Salcombe is a really beautiful town, and somewhere that Neil and Tasha have spent a lot of time together, so it was really special for them to celebrate their wedding there.  They got married at the recently refurbished Salcombe Harbour Hotel, which was a fantastic location for their celebrations.  I really loved getting in the boat with them both and ferrying across the river so that they could have a little paddle on the beach at the other side!  Here is a little preview of their day - congratulations both of you!

A wedding at The Corn Barn, Cullompton: Steph & Greg preview

Congratulations to Steph and Greg, who had the most beautiful humanist ceremony last week, at The Corn Barn, Devon.  It was the prettiest of celebrations and a complete joy to photograph!  The Corn Barn was bursting with local flowers arranged by Steph's Mum and friends, and looked wonderful with a twinkling fairy light canopy overhead.  Steph and Greg's ceremony was really special - I love the way that a humanist ceremony becomes so personal to each couple, and it was very moving to hear the lovely things that each of them had said about the other, read out by their celebrant.  A huge amount of work had obviously gone into this wedding, mostly carried out by family and friends, and Steph and Greg themselves.  They had a range of village fete style games outside for everyone to play, keeping adults and children equally happily entertained!!  The wedding breakfast was a grand ploughman's lunch, with picnic hampers on all the tables filled with ham, cheese and homemade chutneys.  Even the bunting was a compilation of pieces made by all the guests, and patiently sewn together by Steph's grandmother.

The whole day was really wonderful to be part of and just bursting with emotion.  Greg and Steph were glowing with happiness all day long, and Greg's emotional speech pretty much had the entire room in tears.  Here is a little preview of their day, I think you will like it!
